We will process your claims quickly
(in fact, most claims are processed within 2 days) and you will receive a
reimbursement check in the mail or you can sign up for direct deposit. Of
course, if this is your first claim, we will need a clinical examination to
register your pet to complete your claim. We may also pre-approval for very
expensive treatments (depending on the case) with your veterinary hospital
where you can designate your insurance payment to be paid directly to the
veterinary hospital to help reduce your front-end burden
